A Typical Day…

A day in the life for your littles:

We will start the day with free play time (dramatic play, toys, blocks, babies, play kitchen) until all of our children arrive, then have a healthy breakfast. After breakfast, we will have an organized activity such as, art project, learning our letters/numbers, reading a story. Then allow more free play. For free play, I have many wonderful toys! We have a play kitchen and play store with play food and grocery cart. We have numerous baby dolls with baby doll accessories. We have cars, trucks, balls, play bowling, dinosaurs too! For art projects I will have safe supplies such as age appropriate coloring. Then we will have snack together at a child size table and head outdoors to play! After we play outside for 30-60 minutes, we will head in for lunch and then nap time. Nap time may vary, but approximately 1 hour. After nap time allow the children to play again. We encourage reading skills and gather to the carpet to read them a story and show them the letter of the week! After structured activities, children are encouraged to choose what they want to play next. Of course this outline is subject to change, based on the needs of the children. We have a routine, but not a rigid schedule.

Meal Times:

• Breakfast is served at 7:30-8:30 AM

• Morning snack at 10:30 AM

• Lunch is served at 12:00 PM

• Afternoon snack is served at 3:15 PM
